  • Packages:

    • We use Royal Mail or DHL express for all package deliveries in the UK.

    • Packages are normally delivered in 4 working days.

    • Price dependant on weight and calculated at checkout.

    Freeze Dryer Delivery:

    • Dependant on millage, Freeze Dryers will be delivered by either Freeze Dryers UK or a third party haulage company.

    • Freeze dryers are normally delivered in 5 working days depending on stock levels.

    • Two people must be present for delivery of a freeze dryers due to the weight of the product.

  • You have the right to return products within 14 working days of receiving the goods, providing that the product(s) has/have not been used or removed from the original packaging.

    Conditions for Returns

    In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

    * The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days

    * The Goods has/have not been used or removed from the original packaging

    The following Goods cannot be returned:

    * The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

    * The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be

    returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

    * The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health

    protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

    * The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature,

    inseparably mixed with other items.

    We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet

    the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

    If, however, you have changed your mind as to the suitability of the product, you will be liable for the cost of returning such to us. Please be advised that we cannot be responsible for parcels that are damaged or lost on route to FreezeDryersUK.com. The decision to issue a refund is made purely at our discretion, based upon whether we deem the goods to be in a re-saleable condition.

    If an item has been damaged in transit, is deemed faulty, or you have been sent an incorrect item, we will arrange for the collection of the item by our carriers, or request that such is returned to us via Royal Mail. In this instance, we will be happy to refund any postage costs incurred.

    You are required to inform FreezeDryersUK.com of your decision to return the goods via writing, by e-mail, or telephone. Once prompted to do so, we will either liaise with our carriers to pick up the goods and return them to FreezeDryersUK.com, or request that you take the item to your local Post Office. Refunds will be made within 14 working days from the receipt of goods back to FreezeDryersUK.com.

    If an item has been damaged in transit, you must notify FreezeDryersUK.com within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. You must notify the courier of the damage to goods at the time of receipt if visible.

  • All warranties are supplied and registered with the manufacture and not with Freeze Dryers UK. Please see Warranty info on individual product page.
